Bootcamp workouts will feature a diverse blend of Tabata/High Intensity Interval Training, Free Weights, Bodyweight Exercises, and even Partner Exercises to take your fitness to the next level.
Here are the details:
- Program begins and ends with a fitness assessment to measure your progress
- Prizes awarded for good attendance (for those who sign up for total package)
- Weekly healthy recipe ideas sent to you during the program

Bootcamp begins the week of April 23rd. We meet every Tuesday and Friday 630am-730am until June 16th (last class).
