Dana has been practicing yoga for a little over a decade. She was introduced to yoga by a friend and was hooked from the first class!
At first, she looked to yoga for the physical aspects and thought of it as a work out but as her asana practice grew deeper she began to realize how much more the practice had to offer.
Dana lived abroad for five years and really found a home away in her yoga community. She loves to travel, find new studios and meet new yogis.
She completed my 200 hours with the New School of Yogic Arts through Coolidge Corner Yoga. She loves to teach a playful flow that allows students to find exploration of the physical and spiritual practice of yoga.
Dana likes to make yoga fun and approachable for all practitioners.
