I began practicing yoga mainly as a compliment to running, but quickly discovered value that extended well beyond physical. A daily practice has brought balance and connection to moments in yoga and life. No matter which way life takes me, I know that yoga continues to have a positive impact. Inspired to share the immense mind and body benefits with as many people as possible, I completed my 200 Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training at CorePower Yoga in Boston. I am excited to meet students where they are and help them achieve their goals, in an energetic and meaningful Power yoga class. the journey through yoga is filled with constant challenges and victories, all of which I look forward to sharing and celebrating with you!
