"Throughout my childhood, I was an avid figure skater and was passionate angles, moves, and fluidity that skating is all about. As I grew older, I realized my dream of being an olympic skater was no longer plausible. I did what I could to continue my passion, which is where my love for yoga started. I realized a lot of what I did in figure skating was directly related to the movement and flow of yoga."
She had a passion for teaching when she started taking Yoga Sculpt classes in December 2015.
She became certified in April 2015, at Core Power Yoga. She is looking forward to growing in her Yoga career!
In addition to Sculpt Yoga, Lyndsay works at Boston Children's Hospital as Coordinator of their Pediatric Stroke and Cerebrovascular Center. She has a passion for helping others, especially in stressful situations.
Aside from yoga, her passions in life include her 9 pound Pomsky Luna, and hanging out with family, and good friends.
