Nicole Chan

Nicole found yoga several years ago and has been hooked ever since! She underwent a brain operation at a young age, and was advised to stay away from her favorite high-impact sports: snowboarding, rock climbing, and boxing. She loves to challenge herself physically and discovered that yoga could give that to her in a safe environment. Through her practice she started to notice the differences in her mind and body; she felt stronger, calmer, and everything seemed clearer. Nicole focuses on the importance of self-care and mindfulness; she encourages her students to safely challenge themselves, but also to know when to surrender. She teaches a Vinyasa flow that will surely get your heart pumping!

Nicole is a Boston native who received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification through Prana Power Yoga in Cambridge, MA. She is an avid lover of the outdoors; she loves to run trails and her goal is to hike the 48 highest peaks in the White Mountains, NH. She would like to take yoga outside and eventually lead yoga hikes.
