Serena first sought out yoga as a compliment to her running routine. After falling in love with the strength postures and arm balances, she knew she found her passion.
She started taking ashtanga and power yoga classes and her mat instantly felt like home. After four years of dedication, the desire to deepen her practice led her to seek formal training.
Serena strives to teach students that big challenges breed big change, and that yoga can fit into anyone's lifestyle.
