Val enjoys teaching a challenging but rewarding vinyasa flow class. She wants her students to feel accomplished and confident by the end of a class. By syncing movement with breath, she guides students through a moving meditation leaving students physically invigorated and mentally calmed. 

Valerie received her 200-HR YTT in Rishikesh, India where she spent a month studying the philosophy and practices of yoga. She believes fully in the benefits of yoga as a physical and mental practice.
